This archive started with placeholder posts. They gave the layout something to hold: titles, dates, summaries and enough text to see how an article might read. But those posts described work and outcomes that were not real accounts of my experience. Leaving them here would make the site look more established at the expense of being accurate.
I have removed them. This is the first post in their place.
Leaving some space
A full archive can look reassuring. It suggests a habit of writing and a body of ideas developed over time. Neither is something I want to imply with sample content. One real entry is a better starting point than a page of plausible titles.
The same question applies to the rest of a portfolio: does this help someone understand the work, or does it just fill a gap in the design? A layout can be useful while it is being built without every placeholder earning a place in the finished site.
A place for thoughts
I am calling this writing Thoughts. Notes felt closer to a scratchpad; I want room to work through an idea and explain why it matters, without promising that every piece will be a formal essay.
For now, the archive is small. Future posts can grow out of actual decisions, experiments and questions from the work, with enough context to distinguish what happened from what I hope to do next.
