Ordin is designed for people working away from colleagues. Workers start timed protection sessions, complete wellbeing checks and raise alarms; authorised responders receive incident context and manage the response. The architecture separates durable mobile commands, server-owned deadlines and human acknowledgement.
My contributions cover implementation and integration across mobile, native Swift and Kotlin, backend safety transitions and the web portal. React Native and Expo provide the worker interface, native cores persist commands for retry, and Supabase/Postgres manages scoped transitions, audit events and deadlines. Next.js supports responder and administration workflows.
The project is collaborative, with the original contract, schema and product roadmap established by another contributor. Physical-device reliability, supplier assurances and release acceptance remain open. Location and incident media are bounded by session, role and policy; production deployment and safety performance are not yet established.
